Good option for wfh. Training team is average, difficult to have teamwork as they are divided and have grupism.

Dislikes

No office facilitaties. Horrible cab service. Free food offered is horrible and has insects and worms at times. Destine usage is horrible and management has issues using this.

Great work culture and great management. I have been with IntouchCx for 2.7 months.. Comany is expanding alot and giving promotion to the basic level employees. There is lots of growth in the company.

Dislikes

The only negative point over here is salary and increment % which is way to less. Rest everything is awesome.

Shift timings are bad not enough night shift allowance or any other incentives. Favouritism. If the process is easy they make ways to make it difficult even though its not required. Co workers are snakes. Always on verge to terminate employees no job security.

They can fire you anytime, if by any chance you leave the company because of health issues or personal issues without serving the notice period, they will never issue relieving letter or experience letter and they will also keep the deposit. The only good thing about company is you will get your salary on time.

Despite the challenges, I’ve made a few lovely friends at IntouchCX who brighten my work experience.

At IntouchCX, I’ve noticed some problems that affect our work experience. The canteen in tower 2 is not clean, which makes me worry about food safety. Also, there are issues with office politics and favoritism, making it hard to get along as a team. On top of that, the company cab comes two hours earlier than needed, which can be inconvenient. All these problems create a negative environment that makes it harder to enjoy our jobs and be productive....Read More

It was a good experience with people and some good activities and I enjoyed there a lot.

Dislikes

the leaves approvals was very bad and they are just blackmailing employees about leaves they won't approve leaves and the salary was very low as a fresher I don't know about experienced one. There was no responsibility on the behaviour of higher authorities and there is no much coordination.

There is no personal life once you join this organization. They will kill you from inside, no breaks no good leadership no benefits. I was grinded 4 years saved just because of covid and WFH these guys will effect your family too. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL DIE...

Not even a single positpoint. My Only suggestion to all who planning to join Knoah Solutions is PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME. Choose wisely, it's your career. Mainly girls please don't join here, you won't even get respect for being a women. You might get explanation from the HR for these negative reviews but trust me I faced alit of challenges only because of this organization.

Every male employees including Management are at back of female employees. Even if not intrested they offer bribes if refused then will fire form the office
