Low salary, laterals getting more salary than previously experienced people. No promotion even if you work 16 hours a day for them.

don't like , too much work, no hike since 2 yrs, they put you in any technology, u have to work otherwise they will fire you.

They have their own rules for salary increment. since 2 years i did not get any hike. at the time of joining they said you have Permanent work from home and sent this in a email, but after 1 yr they said policy has been changed. you have to come office. it is very disturbing because every one plan according to that. They put you in any technology, u have to work otherwise they will fire you.

There are a lot of opportunities to upskill but it requires you to spare time and learn. Highly learned seniors help you on every step specially in aerospace.

They try to negotiate in the minimum salary and hike is very low, even for high performing scenario if you are new.

No help from the Team members. Lot of deductions in salary. Continuously we need to monitor system for entire shift 12.30 pm to 9.30,,,pm almost 9 hrs shift. More work no proper Team support. 24/7 Environment. Gulf projects horrible. Us projects are good.

Nothing is there to like .All offices are out of the city. No proper transport.

Its not easy to get transfer to our preferred location even the project is available in preferred location ,due to any health conditions,and also not easy to get release from the projects once we are assigned in a project.
