Work life balance is the best here. Also if you want to learn new technologies, this is one of the best places to do that.

Dislikes

Salary. There is a negligible increment every year. And the worst thing is that Infosys will hire a person for doing the same work as you and at the same position but they will offer them a lot more package that their loyal employees, which just irritates you.

Luckily I didn't get involved in any politics kind of team. I got a good team with great support. I had a great time in Infosys in Project, Learning, Team mates, Work Culture and all.

Base salary of the freshers are still the same as like 20 years back. Not providing compatitive salary as like laterals. Lateral Joiners are rewarded with Market demand well insiders don't get rewarded

If you are working in CCD then there is no like about this work. you are not IL employee so you will treat like a slave you have to do all the work whether it is your or not ,Some managers are very rude.no matter how much efforts you have put still you will be consider as a not trustworthy employee as you are a subcontractor .

Good infrastructure and opportunity to work on large scale projects. The work culture largely depends on the manager, in my experience, it was excellent, all my team members were very helpfull.

Dislikes

Considering the industry standards, salary provided is too low. Employees cannot choose to work in their desired tech. Senior management is quite good at ignoring its employees efforts.

The Campus are really good. The cleaning and hygiene is good. Programms arranged for betterment of employee are good. The employees are generally good

Salary for the freshers is very very low . Approvals for software is very very tiring. Neglecting system's engineer and senior systems Engineer

The appraisal is very poor and also they are not giving the appraisals on time so I am not satisfied with this thing.

One of best company for long term work.

Dislikes

Infosys is one of best company for work with large scale of projects. Only the bad thing is higher management/ managers, I have experienced my manager was very toxic even not supporting to any of the teammates. If you assign under good manager your life in Infosys is like heaven and bad luckily assign under toxic manager he will be showing you hell every day.

No matter how smart and hard you work they always take advantage of you and your work and there won't any benifits, the guy who do nothing also gets the same, so there is no difference. You won't be compensated for your dedication and deliverables even it is best in your team. You will get only false promises and try to fool you all day by the management

Employees are exploited based on and because of the outdated Labor laws of India. Working hours is 9 hours (which affects work-life balance negatively) and even this official working hours is not respected and employees are made to work additional hours. Officially you're provided complimentary leaves for working on holidays/weekends. But when you request to opt for these complimentary leaves, you will be forced to not take leaves unless you provide some justification to take these leaves to the manager. Promotion/progress in your career takes many years and that too with very low wages.
