There is only few things which can be liked cafeteria is good and washroom are clean all the time nd thats all nothing is good apart from this

There is a lot of politics and mannagement doesnt adress our issues. Career growth is slow. Have to struggle ages. They just know how to squeeze you every single part of tour body for there work . They don’t appreciate your efforts people and hierarchy is so rude nobody ready to help. Team leaders managers all just irresponsible. My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
