POOR management. Nepotism rampant, no growth. They'll suck out every ounce of juice you've got then dump you. You'll be literally clueless and get exploited each and every step on your journey here unless you got a good TL or a trainer by your side helping you out. Attrition rate? By the end of the first month in production, if you manage to survive, there won't be enough players left to make a volleyball team. PF? Incentives and reimbursement? Bread crumbs, beg for months and you should be grateful if you get once in 2/3 months. On the fun side there'll be lots of Protests, hartals and what not.
