The HR of the company is too rude. They just terminated the person looking on the chats of 11months before which was not clear at all. The chat was just welcome 12 written. One of the employee went to HR and said it's a password shared to other without any proof the agent was terminate. No value off the people who work effectively.

Work environment and culture is mostly of domestic than MNC with not a good management environment. Washrooms are not hygenic and so with food. Management does not react to issues on time to fix any problems. It is not an employee centric environment.

Job security and salary benefits are zero, in 2024 firstsource only a company paying 12000 rupees per month for new associates in Chennai. And very strict timeings.

Its a good company have experience. No much pressure in tge process i worked. But facilities are not upto the standards.

The lead is over egoistic and the manager is just his pawn. However good the company is if the supervisor is not good, it will become the worst place to work.

If you are performing well from the whole team then no appraisal and if others are doing something wrong on chat for example using abusive language threatening to other party company doesn't give a shit but if the top performer only used rude tone in 1 or 2 chats they they terminate directly don't help them so that they don't get terminated

Nothing is organised and office politics is at peaks. No proper HR team or capability development. Just for name sake they have departments.

I recently had a very horrific experience with Firstsource. I had given my interview through Naukri.com. I even got the offer letter after being selected for NBS process. After that, HR Prajakta Sawant kept delaying my joining date in the name of pending verification from my previous company, which was all big LIES. The HR Prajakta told me that batch is closed for NBS and I cant join due to pending verification and asked to join a different process called Comcast, for which she said me to give ANOTHER INTERVIEW. They were telling lies after lies. Fact was that HR Prajakta and Firstsource hadn't sent for any verification to my previous company. I got to know about the delay when I called on my own. They didn't even care to inform me about the delay. They kept me waiting for weeks even when I have their offer letter. UNPROFESSIONALISM was at peak when I went to their office to ask them, the HR Prajakta Sawant with her senior HR, told me lies that I created a scene in their office. They were not even ready to listen to what I was asking and continuously shifting the blame on me and my previous company. Despite my efforts to resolve this issue, they kept diverting the topic and refused to listen to the truth. My personal experience over here was really good. Team leaders and employees were supportive. Freshers can take advantage of incentives as someone willing to work can earn more

Transportation was a big headache here. The cab or shuttle used to not get allotted on time

Great company I miss it, I had to resign due to servical spondylitis. I'm fine now would like to come back.

Dislikes

I worked for 9 years I wish never fell sick. The management at that time did not allow me to rest but overall First source is an awesome company. I would love to join again.
