There is no work life balance, 8hr on system. So many health issues. Management domination. No growth. For Fresher its good but not for experience. Night shift allowance not there. There is no comfortable to ladies.

Work environment and culture is mostly of domestic than MNC with not a good management environment. Washrooms are not hygenic and so with food. Management does not react to issues on time to fix any problems. It is not an employee centric environment.

If you are performing well from the whole team then no appraisal and if others are doing something wrong on chat for example using abusive language threatening to other party company doesn't give a shit but if the top performer only used rude tone in 1 or 2 chats they they terminate directly don't help them so that they don't get terminated

I recently had a very horrific experience with Firstsource. I had given my interview through Naukri.com. I even got the offer letter after being selected for NBS process. After that, HR Prajakta Sawant kept delaying my joining date in the name of pending verification from my previous company, which was all big LIES. The HR Prajakta told me that batch is closed for NBS and I cant join due to pending verification and asked to join a different process called Comcast, for which she said me to give ANOTHER INTERVIEW. They were telling lies after lies. Fact was that HR Prajakta and Firstsource hadn't sent for any verification to my previous company. I got to know about the delay when I called on my own. They didn't even care to inform me about the delay. They kept me waiting for weeks even when I have their offer letter. UNPROFESSIONALISM was at peak when I went to their office to ask them, the HR Prajakta Sawant with her senior HR, told me lies that I created a scene in their office. They were not even ready to listen to what I was asking and continuously shifting the blame on me and my previous company. Despite my efforts to resolve this issue, they kept diverting the topic and refused to listen to the truth. Unless you get into sky process, please don't opt unless you're a fresher. Firstly the pay is less than market value and they will keep changing your process as per their requirements. While the changes they do not consider any incentives amount and pay you less than the previous process! Too much politics in a few processes, how hard you work doesn't make any difference.

After serving them 2 years, sincerely they couldn't rehire me, they stated to much unplan leaves, people will take unplanned leaves only in medical emergency not for fun can medical emergency can be planned to apply leaves in priority. FSL management should understand this, employee had served 2 years common.

I had high hopes about FSL regarding work culture and as a global organisation but it has been very disappointing about the work culture, no flexibility about the work from home, no growth, no encouragement about new ideas and learning.

The lead is over egoistic and the manager is just his pawn. However good the company is if the supervisor is not good, it will become the worst place to work.

Only Few TL'S are supportive and helpful in every situation.

Dislikes

Whole management is completely worst. Sales pressure is too high and management can sac any employee any time. Since they have paid the penalty to client management is recovering that cost by reducing incentives.
