The cmpany is alwys welcome to a all hob seekers. Then i most loved my field of job.bcz gud carrier.enviiroinment. especially girls security is must so full.of care to al ladies staffs. Such job security is also done.inoovation in day by day well developed by evry employees... There available on compensation nd medical facilities are in.

Am I getting paid less

I joined the company on Jan’23 as an associate with 3.8 LPA. Later I got promoted as QA on sept’23 and After 1 year I got it in papers on sept’24. Now my pay is 4.5 LPA and my fellow colleagues who joined from different companies are getting 9-14 LPA. What should I do?
