Worst company, hell lot of discrimination between India and Manila. Management is worst and just care about how to loot money from client and warm their own pockets. No work life balance, worst of its kind.

Dislikes

Everything nothing good, they don't give you salary as what you do, no holiday, you need to work in india holiday and you need to work in US holiday as well. Management only do back hitching here. Don't ever join team under any philippians specially Joy Mendoza she is worst of her kind.

Process automations in place. From the day of onboarding I felt that everything is streamlined here including the appraisal process.work life balance is also good.

Dislikes

For people working in projects, there should be a more structured way to align them to next project after current one ends.

Learned work etiquette, environment and learn new skills and got supportive colleagues.

No proper Work-life balance. There's no balance between work life and personal life. Senior/managers only wants that employee will work work and work. They don't follow the timming of their shift even work overtime and expect other people also do the same. There's no time management.

It is like a factory in which people are looked as a product of competitors and full of conflicts at all level. People who are working in a group can only sustain in this organisation and that too for sometime only so beware.

Dislikes

Culture, Group-ism at Senior Management level, Niche department like PMO, Transformation, Change Management which are known for conducting efficient projects and driving organisations growth is incompetence and filled with toxicity. On the innovation front the company has stole their official logo so one can imagine the innovation level.

My experience with Cognizant has been excellent. I have been able to independently work to grow my team and business without much interference from the management. Job security in Cognizant is very good. Even in the worst of times, they do not let good people go.

Dislikes

Bureaucratic structure leading to red tapism. The folks in support functions don’t listen to anyone and feel that they are running the company. They create their own policies and try to block those those earning revenue for the company by calling out non compliance in everything you do. This has to go for Cognizant to grow faster.
