Everything there is soo disgusting ..I request everyone reading this should never come for a job in cogent services .. The work pressure is too high and floor manager always yell at you infront of everyone ..also they do not give breaks at our will ..and there are soo many negative things about this company ..

Very toxic work culture. Even on your off day they would ask you to punch in n out, even if you have a medical emergency they will ask you to be present at office, managers & TL hold grudges when you’re not able do extra duty hours & they will cancel all your bonuses & even cut your salary in the name short log in hours. Salary cut krke dete incentive ke name pe aapko 150 rupe denge sales ke lie aapko roz sunyenge aur salary time pe nhi denge aur employee ki koi respect nhi h is company me don't work ever in this company.

What i like about cogent is that i meet some new people, and i had a great experience of my life with them.

Dislikes

There is nothing about cogent which is like rather than i meet some people who became a family for me. If we are talking about work culture, which is very poor, no promotion. Facilities are no pf, no job security, joining date will be post training if you successfully completed the training.

Literally very bad experience with cogent why because they will not give holidays in national holidays also and than managers will tell u that if u give your 100 percent efforts I will give u promotion but the truth is they are using you for their work but they will not give u the promotion one of the worst company ever in my life guys before joining ones in this company please think 100 times there is lots of politics....Read More

Cogent company is a BPO company and it is a very good company, promotions happen very quickly in it, due to which you can also develop your career.

Dislikes

This company is not like that because the security here is very strict and restrictions are imposed for everything and the security guards also stop you a lot and cut your salary too.

I joined this Org as Quality Analyst. But here Trainer , QA , Team Leaders also taking Calls everyday. Ehtesham Ahmed worst manager in my life . When I was on medical Leave he forced me to Resign. Pathetic management. Request you for all don't go here and waste your time
