Everything there is no increment no festival celebration they have only 7 holiday that also they didn't give employee have to work on holiday also and there is huge issue in there attendance

I like the security the office environment the colleague
Dislikes
They don’t give break on time they don’t provide our own paid leave whenever we want they don’t give any appraisal they want we to do work on festival but they don’t pay extra nor they provide any gifts to us and after 1.5 years also they don’t provide any internal promotion.
