The salary is good enough and job security is good

They are more data centric and avoid looking after their employees. They offer growth but it's not explained how it works. I got promoted to a Unit Manager but they have not given it on paper not they have increased my salary . So doing a job with higher responsibility but being paid as a agent.

It’s quite inconvenient when scheduled cab Are unavailable.. and you are required to cover your own expenses.. additionally, reimbursement for this expenses are not provided The cafeteria food is SUBPAR especially considering working nightshift for customer service. Provided food in such cases would be beneficial. Furthermore, the management appears to be very toxic and there is a lack of employee centric practices at TCS....Read More

Intense pressure of work, there is hardly any spare time to get involved with social activities

The worst thing about about TCS is the company simply uses their employee for their needs, its not at all a employee centric company.
The worst thing is their Background Verification, they will hire you, make you work for 3 months to 1 year and for very small reason regarding experience in past company, they will simply terminate you without even allowing you any time to produce the document.
They hire in bulk and terminate in bulk as well..
