Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net. Also, TCS is considering 10.2 experience only as some process on their side. Please share your thoughts on the offered package and the experience part. Thank you in advance.

Day to Day Office

My coworkers are stalking me at work and home. They act friendly, but threaten and follow me, and got my neighbors to harass me. They say I'm "territorial" because I'm anxious around people. They insult me, interfere with my work, and watch me at home. They even followed me to therapy.

I know they're real because they mess with my work computer and phone. I'm afraid they'll follow me if I change jobs, and I don't know who to trust to report them to

I have 3+ years of experience as a BI Analyst or Data Analyst with a CTC of 8.5 LPA (8.1 LPA fixed, rest variable). I am currently working at an MNC and looking to switch companies. What percentage of a salary hike should I ask for?

How can I increase my chances of getting a good salary? I plan to stay in my next company for 2-3 years or more.

My skills: Tableau, Looker, SQL, Python, Excel, GCP (BigQuery), Informatica, Power BI.

Need Advice: For Job Switch

I like being just okay at work. Since I moved to a new company, I've decided to slow down. In my old place, I used to be a super star, but they made me do way too much. They knew I could do it, so they just kept piling on the work. I was always stressed and tired.

Now, in my new job, I just do my job, and that's it. I'm not trying to be the best. I'm just doing what I'm supposed to do. And you know what? I'm much happier.

My boss doesn't expect me to do amazing things anymore. They just want me to do my job. And that's fine with me. Has anyone else felt like this?

2) Cepgemini
3) Nagarro
The CTC offer I am getting are almost the same (minor difference) for all these 3.

Please help me to make better decisions (by considering growth, company culture, job security, and all other aspects).
