Cogent is customer service and my process was volts. If customer want repairing his product and they are waiting for long times in this condition I will send our technician on urgent basis for example- Air cooler,Air conditioner,Water dispenser,exc.
and I will talk to customer very politely in this condition because they are our customer and I will satisfy them.

My senior was very supportive for me but I was not satisfied my salary. I was facing salary issue there.
