I like my colleagues around me, they are very supporting.

Some TLs are very worst. They behave like they are God. And the senior HR she don't have any idea how to talk to an agent,very rude and proudy kind of head.

working with collogues was fun payment on time some team leads were good

no growth less incentives and additional benefits too much targets given which is really hectic changing of processes without proper training the amount of work they take from an agent is way more than what they are paying
