Cogent-E-service company is good ,but the Hr working over there named kritika has spolied the locality for that reason many tenure and well experienced agents and staff has moved to other jobs , In the pandemic season agents had been removed from the job for not reporting 2 office as there were many +ve case in the office . And Hr mails to the company saying that remove the agents from the company, if the agents change the job . The higher management Named ranjit and harish used to see the female agents in bad view. The company is not good as before, agents feel unhappy to work in Cogent . To improve the company and standard of company as before my only suggestion is to remove all those poison plants . Prestige shantiniketan Cresent 3 ,11th floor-560048 is the job location which is now making the agents feel like hell and worst place. Last but not the list ,If company don't want agents to leave the job then remove the present posion and hire the good people in higher management so that they treat all agents equally and agent feels happy 2 work. If not please stop mailing if agents are working in other company. keeping personal grudge on agents and making their life hell after leave their organisation is not good to company. please check background verification of the people for higher management if not company will loose its reputation And Importance....Read More
