Capita is very nice company , Good work environment and culture . Managment and teammates are very supportive . Company policies are good , they give good hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There are lot of politics and favioursioum but I think these are everywhere.

Confused between 2 offers

Hi all, I am having two offers- one from Infy (Kolkata) another from Deloitte (Hyd). Kolkata being my preferred location, while Deloitte offering 15k more monthly. (I know Hyd's expense will cancel this out eventually). Kindly suggest on what to do. This is my first switch. Thanks in advance.
