Good for freshers. Work quality is decent. Teammates and Employees all round are quite good and helpful as well.

Need more support from the top. They spent absolutely zilch in the past few years on employees. No scope of learning additional tools. So if you want growth you have to leave capita.

Management. wrong people in management who don't have any clue how be professional, half of the staff do smoke up outside office which absolutely no one cares about. Late night shifts are worst as an female employee. No care for female employee and cannot talk to anyone in management, female manager shaniya and pooja were toxic andthey had no professionalism in them and no one was comfortable at all speaking to them about any problems as they would just make it worse. joined here as a fresher and during induction we were promised the world to us but lately did i get to know that all this company does is gives stress and lies. Even after performing well and working for more than one year not even a single cent of my salary was increased. There was going to be our yearly appraisal in march 2024 butthey denied and said we will do it in oct 2024, waited till Oct 2024 and they said sorry the appraisal will happen in Jan 2025. In nov 2024 the biggest client of capita which is O2 ramped down its process and all employees were told to put down our papers and we lost our job. Even the Client knew that the management of this company was just rubbish. They had no idea what they were doing....Read More

Management suddenly decides to cancel yearly appraisal and bonuses for all companies across India. Rest all companies outside India get their appraisal and bonus as normal. Growth is very limited. Again reason being they will have to increase the salary and the company does not have the budget for it so they rather make work as a manager without making u one.

No fix timings , your shift can change thrice in a week . No knowledge about the process . They want you you to do sales even you are trained on customer service , if you performed they have no idea about incentive and if not then you are on PIP, favouritism . You won't get your salary after 45 days you get it after 60 days . Laziness in doing things which employee oriented things . Appraisal is an expectation. At the time of appraisal you will receive an email , we are sorry..... Canteen is the awesome part you should have belonging in one end and your bag on the other end Managers are been removed as they were nothing.Hire and fire In the End after all the pain the process Rammed down. Pressure is less then other organisations.

I wont suggest anyone to work here there is no job security and no compensation when process is ramping down on top of that they will ask you to work for them another 2 months just to get your relieving and experience certificates.

The company was very good till August 2024 but then the sales came in and everything was worst

Don't think to join this org it's useless they hire for customer service and then tell u to do sales or else resign just pathetic I had the best manager but he was removed from the org saying we don't have staffing 0 job security they would make u resign

Worst place to work. Even though you work hard or play smart, management will only recognise or give the offer to it's chosen one (corporate chamcha). An employee completes 5 years and don't give a career growth to the deserving one. At time of induction, this company said, they do inhouse transfer of employees for career growth when candidate has the relevant studies done with certificate handy and when the employee finishes the studies and try to apply for the position, these people don't hire them internally but rather hire candidates from outside. Company is genuinely nice and they really have some good peoples around and the majority part of the company is having good people who are genuinely ready to help you.

But some rotten ones make bad use of their position and really don't believe in work life balance. Completey because of one guy I don't want to continue here.
