I have worked in Capita ITPS, for about 2 yrs as QA consult. Below are points I liked about Capita 1. Overall salary comoansation is very good. ( Fix pay and no variable component) 2. Salary hike was good 3. Overall learning was nice 4. Exposure to external assessment was good 5. Yearly offsite was good

Dislikes

1. Overall work culture was not so good, Delivery head shout at team on floor 2. No work life balance, team has to work on weekends as per manager wish 3. Canteen food quality is very poor 4. Delivery manager speak to team in very offensive language no one has courage to defend
