Dislikes

There is no recognition and appreciation for the hard work. No promotion or no salary hike. There are lots of politics and nepotism from both managers as well as from HR. for simple reason managers putting on PIP . which resultant employee are on the bench and it's a very terrible way to terminate employees from company.

Layoff in the name of PIP. It is very big insult of an employee who is facing it. At this movement they decided this specific persons are not fit for there company. At the same time they only select based on the scores they conducted at the time of selection process.

No appraisal in 2 years and when check about the same with manager they told this is because of pay parity. I was being outsourced to client hence no interaction with the team or manager. Manager will give the appraisal rating without even getting feedback from client.

Culture is so bad...they just say that our policy is so good but they does not care about you even if client is happy from you then also they will not give good ratings and promotion after too much of work load they want to do some mandatory certification like AZ, GCP.
