No appraisal in 2 years and when check about the same with manager they told this is because of pay parity. I was being outsourced to client hence no interaction with the team or manager. Manager will give the appraisal rating without even getting feedback from client.

The list is long. There are no hikes or promotions even if you work very hard. They will pay you very less. Notice period is 3 months but in time of joining they want immediate joiners. They micro manage everything including what you are doing each and every second in your laptop with an app. Not a good company. Please join this company if you have no other option otherwise RUN.

Work-Life Balance, Variable pay is almost 100% sometimes over that too. complete WFH even on hybrid :) at least for my competency.

No Sick leaves at all you will have to burn from your planned leaves The hike is very minimal but if you are underpaid according to the market there could be a 10 to 15% hike provided you got a rating of 2 (next best rating after 1) in appraisal else don't expect beyond 5%. The work in my domain (Workday) was mediocre no scope for growth in terms of skills.

Work life depend on project by project,but mostly will feel like doing nothing. Only good thing is salary will always come on time.

...ch without getting call for interview(after one call will hardly get another). 3) Some manager or senior manager have no idea of recent technologies specifically if your coming here for data science, don't come rather join startup with similar salary and learn he'll of things and get marker ready in just 2 years.
