Extreme politics in terms of hikes and onshore opportunities. No fun all work and it’s good for one who are freshers. And they use slangs while shouting and scolding employees as observed. Dint feel it’s professional as boosted in review sections. Good for one who is good for managers.

Job insecurities, no hikes, womaniser managers and leads, politics in office during hikes and inshore opportunities are equal to zero who works hard and donot know how to play around.

...e scheduled for 11pm. 2. They don't give increment after the end of fiscal year. From last 2 years there has been no increment in salary. They just give you hopes that you will get it next year. You will not be able to grow financially here. 3. Managers dont listen to you. They make you work on saturdays and sundays without any comp-off or rewards. Basically you get nothing but lots of pressure and workload.

You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.
