As a fresher Capgemini is big no. They will put u in bench more then 1 to 1.5 years & they will fire u without allocation to a project

You won't get the very good Appraisal even after you worked a lot. From the past 3 years the hike is very less.

Management is not that good. You may face many challenges to execute a small thing. Hike/increment doesn't happen based on what you do instead your manager likes you or not.

It's completely a disastrous condition to join this company. It has no values, no policies for women employees , you don't get good long term projects here .

No proper appraisals or promotions .Even though you work on weekends they won't consider your work or appreciate unless you put papers and then they will come back for salary negotiation.
