Nothing is good in the company. They only somehow showcase a good reputation. It does not behave like a level 5 company. It was once a very good employee friendly org. Now the higher management has worst people making worst policies and the company ethics is nonsense.

1. No salary hike (If you do not have connection) 2. No promotion (if you do not have connection or licking manager's feet) 3. Poor management. 4. HR/RMs do not behave properly. 5. Any business unit can impose any policy even if it is not company policy 5. Anyone in senior management will call you any time (out of office hours and even you are on sick leave) - without any emergency 6. If you are on bench - they treat you like animals like you don't have any skills and expertise 7. Whoever says this is a good company- Must be licking anyone's feet and full of politics. 8. Despite investing significant time and effort into our roles, the hikes offered do not align with our contributions over time. There should be a more transparent and fair system in place to reward employees based on their performance and productivity. 3. Internal Politics and Appraisals: The presence of internal politics and the absence of fair appraisals further exacerbate the issue. Without a clear and unbiased appraisal process, employees are left feeling undervalued and demotivated. salary they don not give salary hike to the employees who are staying for long duration, but for the people who are joining freshly they give more salary on above market revision.

No Appraisal Cycle for first year for laterals so that salary will wont be changing until 1 and half year.. Though Capgemini caption says "Get the future you want", It won't apply here sadly. You will be mapped to whole new project and ask you to learn that technology as per their need. Even if you ask to change the team, manager won't agree. Still following the traditional rules like minimum 18 months to be eligible for onsite.
