The team is so good and the Managers too. We have a very good work culture in the sense how the seniors support when you are just starting.

Excellent work culture, salary at par with market which will be normalized as per your work exp (in yrs) irrespective of your job level, lots of perks and benefits

Projects most likely will demand a 12-14 hour long daily work for months at a stretch, promotion clauses are shady though they will match your income level to market standards, they won't give you the designation. People from non consulting backgrounds will be offered a designation lower than their contemporaries from consulting backgrounds.

Benefits, Culture are good.. salary, appraisal depends on your interpersonal skills and work life balance is bit hard to maintain..

Work life balance might be difficult to maintain.. no strict hours might need to extend late night depending on work.. no shift allowances..

The salary and benefits are good as compared to any other consulting companies. The skill development program is helpful but talent mapping is very poor.

Dislikes

The culture about the company is good but some of the practices right now don't have work and they are not hesitating to fire you. Top management is a joke right now as they are not able to bring business right now which is leading to a horrible staffing situation for the employees.
