Salary was good and perks for employees are good.

Dislikes

Worst work management, all they need is work to be done irrespective of knowledge you had, if your are a java developer, they'll ask you write code in php and get it done ASAP. They say they'll follow agile methodology but in reality they follow spreadsheets and no billable hours given until you asked 100 times, in the mean time you'll get senior leader mails for not maintaining proper timesheets. Worst managers and worst projects. From my side don't go in the project called CALHeerS or FPACt

The people at Deloitte. It’s all about them. The culture is great and they pay well. I feel If you are working in a consulting environment, you cannot complain about the work. You just enjoy work and take those disconnects to relax and refill. They are paying well so I don’t have any complaints

Dislikes

I would not say it is about Deloitte but yeah It is about a few people at the leadership level and I feel, people at that level should be honest and reliable because their decisions have a larger impact on employees.

Implementation Projects & Salary Benefits.

Too much of work pressure, lack of work life balance . Mostly Junior level staff drive the sessions /workshops when the laterals suddenly joins the project ,the junior staff hesitate to share the KT . No amicable KT .and you definitely get demotivate when the culture is like that . I feel it's good for freshers to ramp up themselves to be a great professional .Lateral Hire guys have to think before joining Deloitte especially in SAP Consulting . If you want only Money then join here but if you want work life balance think twice .

Every employee is respected, valued and counted. Amazing culture, one of the best places to work

Pay packages are not competitive, Most of the business never even try to retain the employees if some one resigns

The pay for performance is good and encouraging , greatly transparent and have experienced the transformation of organisation being not only client centric but taking care of employee wellbeing in true sense.

Dislikes

Nothing much but might take some time to adjust to the way of work here . And it might vary between projects and departments but the global company policies balances that according to me.
