Deloitte has a pretty good structure when it comes to working. Benefits are better. The team gave a free hand on setting up time to work. The only they cared about is deadline, rest upto you to manage work.

Dislikes

Respect for job has decreased as well as the salary growth. Whereas the working timing are excessive.

Good Office Spaces, good team mates if you make them friends, many perks like Wifi reimbursement, gives almost more than 10% variable pay (depends on rating). Great projects

Dislikes

Strict deadlines, long work hours, weekend work required (regularly if its your milestone year). Politics begin from team lead level to higher level. Offices are too far

Having very good learning opportunities and overall feeling good working in Deloitte

Dislikes

Working with some of the unprofessional managers make our stress level more and working hours should reduce to 8 hours per day and no proper cab facilities for the practitioners who are coming to office everyday(mandatory)

Job safety, you will never lose the job until and unless you screw up big time.

Dislikes

Old age promotion policy, purposely kept in place to delay promotions. They want the best tech in the industry, without paying for the best tech guys in the industry. The tech teams are disorganized, not a single tech leader, finance guys lead the tech projects without understanding the tech.

Process oriented and good company if you want to learn with decent salary hike upon switch. Be very careful when you are asking for joining bonus because they will attach certain period if you leave before then you need to pay back.

Dislikes

From learning prospective it is good but if you care about work life balance and long hours then you are not good fit for deloitte. Some people is so good but most of them are over ambitious they spent 10 to 15 hours and they expect the same from others as well. They creates toxic culture otherwise company is good.
