Notice Period: 0-45 Days only

As a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines in an agile framework. Need-basis consultants will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
The work you will do includes:
Develop solutions using industry standard delivery methodologies leveraging Java J2EE, JavaScript, Spring.
Writing well-formatted, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code maintaining industry standards, ensuring code quality and code coverage adherence, as well as debugging and resolving any issues/defects
Participating in delivery process like Agile development and actively contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Resolve issues or incidents reported by end users and escalate any quality issues or risks with team leads/scrum masters/project leaders.
Expertise in end-to-end construction cycle starting from Design (low level and high level), coding, unit testing, deployment and defect fixing along with coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Work with functional and technical stakeholders for integration of application with other systems

QUALIFICATIONS
Skills / Project Experience:

Must Have:
5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack application development using Java J2EE, JavaScript, Spring.
Experienced in Spring MVC, Springboot, Angular JS.
Experienced in SQL / Hands-on work on Stored Procedures.
Experienced in Kafka, Tibco RV and MQ.
Experience in software development methodologies like Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall.
Experience in version control tools such as TFS, SVN, Git.
Understanding of Unix/Linux and DevOps processes.
Ability to perform estimation of work products.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility to adapt and apply innovation to varied business domain and apply technical solutioning and learnings to use cases across business domains and industries.
Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office tools.

Good to Have :
Understanding of Jira and Bitbucket
Understanding of FIX, FpML
Experienced in Ansible, Jenkins, Junit, and Cucumber
Java certifications

Education:
B.E./B. Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university

Prior Experience:
3+ years of experience working with Java J2EE 5+, JavaScript, Spring MVC, Springboot, Angular JS, SQL.
