The company is good when you consider the salary and benefits but as said, all that shines is not gold.

Dislikes

Everything that shines is not gold. The culture, politics, work life balance, ill defined processes, rigidity to change, lack of SOPs, non empathetic leadership, ill trained team leaders is a major issue especially in finance. Moreover the company has some long termed employees who command even above the leadership though being junior and make it difficult for new employees to settle down. Overall the culture, work life balance and job security are pathetic which ultimately makes it impossible for you to enjoy the financial benefits they offer. I will never recommend this organisation to anyone who is sensible....Read More

The softer aspects, people are generally respectful of your being. Culturally very good. Offsites etc are nice to have. Pretty safe from job security standpoint as well.

Dislikes

if you are part of core consulting, learning and future growth is taken care of at it's own Other departments - after spending 3-4yrs you won't be able to move out of professional services. Personal learning is truly absent. Leaderships have been at the form for 5/10/15/20yrs, the best they know is how to navigate the firm politics.Lack tech skills heavily and are massively out of touch with industry knowledge....Read More

The leadership, specially in tech solution group TSG need to reflect on themselves, thier policies around promotions, what they promote as company's culture that even if you are putting 100% in work someone who is participating in events like dancing, singing, roam around management all the time despite not working will get the promotion.
