In my two years at this company I have been very satisfied .The work environment and the people are great and supportive and helpful .You end up learning more than you expect. Meaningful work is valued and discrimination free .I strongly suggest considering joining this company

Considering your progress and dedicated , you will be trusted with ownership and execution responsibilities . This is how your seniors will show trust in your competency . To be honest you will enjoy your time , while working in this company

Nothing worth liking. Worst culture.

Dislikes

Worst company to work for. Too much micro-management. No team bonding really. People show fake care and keep calling family while in the time of need, nobody really cares. Entire Leadership is arrogant

The workplace and the people here are great . Everyone is focused on their task and you won't be bothered unnecessarily. If you are struggling with assignment , seniors will support you and help you get back on track. Other than this there is no office politics here, which is a relief compared to my pervious Job .I definitely recommend this place.

I started here 3 months ago and I have started getting good domain knowledge.In this primary stage of my career,I prefer this kind of exposure.And apart all, would say , this workplace is dynamic and values on-the-job performance.

Lots of learning opportunities here. Seniors are always there to help if you find anything difficult. These things are important for personal growth. When you have this kind of work experience and support from seniors, it is definitely a positive thing for professional growth.

After being working here for a while, I have seen how supportive our work culture is. Our team is diverse, with people from different backgrounds. This diversity helps us learn from each other's perspectives and experiences. Everyone has their own skills and knowledge, which means lots of learning opportunities. That's why this place is perfect for a successful career.

Management is very thoughtful about its employees’ progress and overall development. They conduct and sponsors certification programs on a case-by-case basis. Plus, mandatory compliance-related trainings are also given that include Data Protection, IT Security, and POSH trainings. So, I find it interesting, especially the outlook of management towards their employees.

Glad to share that company regularly hold sessions to improve both soft and technical skills for all employees. It is certainly something that help us engage and gain valuable knowledge on both the verticals.

Cab facility is not there. If you have your own vehicle, you won’t see any problem.
