Nothing likes that motivates me to work in the SKP.

Dislikes

Maximum time management is interested in having huddle every week 2-3 time, daily huddle for your team status and additionaly you're supposed to do FLR. So got a little time to work on the actual contract. Assistant Manager are more interested in your work nooks and negligence.

Toxic work culture with associates in the same org from 10 years who bully others just for fun. (example by asking to give treat, Birthday party lunch) They create peer pressure for doing things that you don't want to do in the name of team bonding and engagement. You are expected to bring expensive secret santa gifts for people you have hardly known for months and do not like them either.

This is a company full of negativity, there is nothing to mention about likes, once you join this organisation you are trapped.

Dislikes

Management don't give shitt about your work, they are more interested in your personal life and syapa drama, completely unprofessional and micro management is at the highest level, even your so called colleagues (Chamcha's) will try to show attitude like they are your managers, people don't know the hierarchy at all, only favouritism works, some are like dadaji's in system and they want everything to be done as per them, even if it's a donkey work, company is full of Abdul's who watch you everytime....Read More

There is nothing to like here, as everything at the top worst level, don't even keep this as a last option, even if you don't have a job, pls do some more reasearch and find something else, but don't get trapped in this dukaan.

Leadership is very ill mannered, they don't have know how to talk, completely unprofessional, they will talk to you like road side sabziwala, if you are a chattopadhyay, you have very good scope and future.

High priced low quality cafeteria food, compulsory formal wear (personal opinion coming from a BPO background), low support from management & some clients, No overtime, no wfh, Dull work environment.

Over all infrastructure is nice

Dislikes

Managers never cooprates with with employees, rude behaviour of manages especially in F&A departments, never approve your leaves until and unless you are begging for it and when there is crunch situation about delivery force you to stay back after office and make you complete all work... and stay back frequency is quite high like you have to stay back 2-3 days in a week
