The company is good when you consider the salary and benefits but as said, all that shines is not gold.

Everything that shines is not gold. The culture, politics, work life balance, ill defined processes, rigidity to change, lack of SOPs, non empathetic leadership, ill trained team leaders is a major issue especially in finance. Moreover the company has some long termed employees who command even above the leadership though being junior and make it difficult for new employees to settle down. Overall the culture, work life balance and job security are pathetic which ultimately makes it impossible for you to enjoy the financial benefits they offer. The softer aspects, people are generally respectful of your being. Culturally very good. Offsites etc are nice to have. Pretty safe from job security standpoint as well.

if you are part of core consulting, learning and future growth is taken care of at it's own Other departments - after spending 3-4yrs you won't be able to move out of professional services. Personal learning is truly absent.
