Asking your manger for growth is like asking his salary. They will show like you are free to go as you haven't worked on anything. Politics for onsite location. Manager is a king. you cannot escalate his issues to anybody. If you escalate to skip or HR, anyway it boiled down to you. Have changed multiple projects, but same issue everywhere.

I worked in Capgemini 1.8 years, HRs are too toxic, very poor management. HR won't be talk you properly. I should recommend plz don't join Capgemini.

... is full of self righteous low iq people. Absolute zero hikes and no promotions. Abysmal salary and on top of that management wants everybody to work from office for 9 hours and then work from home for another 3 hours. The India CEO statement of 9.5 hours is absolutely false.
