Over all it's a very bad place to work especially for freshers as a fresher I joined in 2022 April now it's October till now there is no hike no bonus it's almost 1.6yrs but no hike regarding work culture it's disgusting they give you training in 1technology and gives you work on other technology so it's 0 rating from my end.period

The culture is good, we get a good environment to work no tracking or micro management

Some projects have no work life balance at all & work becomes monotonous at times plus compensation should be a little higher I believe & lesser recognition for the efforts which hampers an employee's growth

We get salary on time and job security is there to be honest

Management, Support from TLs and managers, Job Opportunities are not there even if you are eligible you will not get any chance to change your Job Role. Biased behaviour of managers towards some agents.

1. You have no choice to accept their projects even though its not matching your profile. 2. The Hr, Rmg and managers are terrible. 3. You have to be lucky to get tagged in a good project, other wise forgot the career growth. 4. Salary growth is very poor. 5. Internal politics is everywhere. 6. No other allowances than salary. 7. Company promotes hybrid working model but it depends on the project you get. The managers will never disclose all the details about project before you get tagged. Once you get tagged you will know the truth and you dont have option then.

Capgemini has a diverse work culture and specifically their skillup courses and projects and innovation are too good. Work life balance is good too.

Dislikes

Their promotions and appraisals seems to be recorded as you join the company. You won't get much hike and you get a peanut salary too. This is the case even if you work hard .
