I have started my career in tech mahindra as a fresher it is like 3years now and my first package was 3.25 lpa and after 3years also it is 3.6lpa this is how techmahindra honouring their employees without increments and hikes. Kindly think about it and do some justice to the employees like us.

No hikes , no appraisals ,no development., having 3.2 years of experience but still working for a freshers salary. That's the reality in tech Mahindra . My personal advice is don't prefer tech Mahindra, waste of time.

Likes

Good work culture and environment. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Good part is you can learn new technologies in company, will offer internal/external trainings and will get access to udemy for free.

Dislikes

Too much of politics and couldn't expect good projects being a fresher!! Salary is decent but career growth is too slow. There is bond for 2 years which you cannot resign.

I was recruited by a third party and was working in google voice. HR asked me to give my two months salary which I received after 4 months of working as initially 2 months was unpaid. No proper KT is given to you, and they fire you by just blaming for something you don’t even own and not aware of.
