1) I joined as a fresher and got trained on Java FSD and performed great at the final assessments. Despite all the hard work and dedication for learning and growth they moved me to a support(tickets resolving) role. 2) Even after completing 2 years of experience, not a single one of the candidates who joined with me got any appraisals and people who joined few months later got promoted without even competition of 1 or 2 years. Don't what's wrong with the management. 3) Junior resources/ freshers don't get much values and Opportunities as almost all of the positions required 5+ years experience. 1. No projects 2. Projects are not allocated as per the tech stack. 3. No hike. 4. Pathetic management 5. Do not join indian mnc specially tach mahindra they will screw your carrier like anything. 6. Bench system is not good.

My team was good and aprt from that i didn't not like anything.

Management sucks I was working for 14 to 15 hours on night shifts No appreciation for your Hard work When I was in bench and tried to call and mails to different team(even no response from HR) put no response at all . And so many other shits to complaint.

It all depends on project. If you are mapped into BFSI then you will feel like you are slave, you will be always in under pressure because everyone wants to complete the work tomorrow. Manager wants you to do slavery rather than work. (specifically tejas shah from axis bank)

only a lateral joinee with more experience can seems to attain success rather than freshers. it also provides stability for senior citizens by involving overseeing a team of sheep. there are some good people at every level.

what is there to not like? After working as a fresher and coming out of the organization I'm still suffering from the PTSD. company had paste this "Great place to work" signs all over, to make employess feel postive. hyderabad campus was a shi**t hole smells like that too. if ur team says we are a family then its a lie.
