Infrastructure and security is good

Removed more than half of fresher employees during the training. And training environment at Airoli is like hell in starting of 2024 almost 3 women freshers suffered from panic attacks and almost 80-90% trainees suffered from anxiety and depression. Most of mentors killing confidence of trainees every day

Can you to office and come at any time. There is flexibility to that. Also leaves can be taken whenever required.

Dislikes

Not allowing to work from home Not giving huge salary and benefits. Not even got promoted even after telling.

The company was good but the project assigned to didn't bothered of giving appreciation to employe for doing great /good work. The appreciation and benefits were given to only the one those who never worled.

Till now, work life balance was good in my previous projects. Also, good options to gain new knowledge/certifications.

Dislikes

Appraisal are not transparent and minimal not adjusted as per market. Also, no reins on n+1, as there are no skip meets to raise concern. No promotion increments or minimal, so no motivation.
