Rather than dislike I would say there are some things to improve like Bonus on basis of performance, more options in canteens which are available before covid.

...c increments even for best rating Recognition only in the form of written mails. No monitory gain, No bonus , no salary correction for long term employees HRs never respond, too much attitude, no help from any of the admin, operation teams even in genuine cases like salary disbursement

Salary hikes very low. If you joined on low salary then it is problematic. Company need to check salary discrepancy. Laterally joined consultant earning more than senior consultant

Capgemini has very defined process in terms of everything. They weill give you immense opportunity to learn, get certification. There is huge scope of profile switch through IJP. If you have completed 18 months in same role, your current manager cannot stop you. Good work life balance. Teams are supportive in terms of WFH nad flexible work hours.

No salary restructure to match industry standard. Less increment.

The work culture at Capgemini has been good overall. Since it's a big organization the set of people you get vary from one project to another , some people are good and some are not that good. Job security wise also it's a good company since most of the projects are long term projects and you can remain a part of the same for a long term, I spent my entire 5 years working for a same client. But since the company follows Bell curve they have to rate someone low or below average and sometimes layoffs may happen but very rare. The only thing to look out is not to be on bench for more than 2 months, they generally ask people to resign if you are at senior level and are not able to get a project in couple of months and hence people prefer spending time in one account unless they get released from that account. As far as the company management is considered since it's a big organization lot of things are not concentrated, this impacts you based on how your manager is, if you have a understanding manager then this place can be very good they provide you opportunities to learn New technologies and encourage you to get certified and if you have patience you can get work in your choice of area given things your manager is helpful and supportive. Company has good policies over all, you get 24 leaves in a year each month 2 leaves are credited in your account. Mediclaim is not that great as you get a coverage of 3 lakhs for your family which does not include your parents but you can purchase Mediclaim for them by paying an extra premium which I thought was very expensive so will not recommend instead you can purchase it from outside on individual basis. As far the increments are considered they are there just for namesake for my last 5 years the average hike has been just 3% despite I being an above average performer so you can imagine what will be the hike given to average performers.
