Dislikes

There is no recognition and appreciation for the hard work. No promotion or no salary hike. There are lots of politics and nepotism from both managers as well as from HR. for simple reason managers putting on PIP . which resultant employee are on the bench and it's a very terrible way to terminate employees from company.

Poor salary hike structure Promotion hike are miniscule with added weight Strict hybrid model given the poor office infra seems to taking away the work life balance what Capgemini was known for

I have just started disliking everything due lack of vision among the leaders. There is no clarity on career growth and role

Dislikes

1. Salary and hikes 2. Lack of vision and clarity of role and expectations 3. No work life balance 4. Lack empathy for critical illness 5. Internal politics and bullying 6. Lack of transparency 7. No recognition for good work, you will be bullied instead 8. Favouritism ruins the growth of hardworking employees 9. You will never be heard 10. Diversity and inclusion is only there for organising webinars but in reality it doesn't exist

...capgemini. Good experience and really had a nice experience and learner a lot. Given a lot of bonus to employees based upon the skills. They will help people to upskill and will arrange to learn any new technologies with free of cost. Missing the place a lot.

I worked with many golden talents in Capgemini at Kundanhalli, White field, Bangalore from 2021 to 2023. Team out is one of the great service in CG for every 90 days.

Dislikes

No proper increments after completion of 1 Year. Just gave me as Avg Rating with no salary increments. All MNCs will provide with min 5-20% hike, but not in CG.
