A mix of decent, bad and some really bad projects. Focus is not delivering the best work in the project but on selling the next project. Promotions and performance on projects is weakly correlated.

Amazing work exposure and learning curve is something i felt with the place and opportunities.

Dislikes

Work life balance and no compensation/ ctc or opportunity for people to get converted from contract to onrolls till you beg and differ, work should be looked into and talent should be brought up but its more into pampering and managers fav that works around rather than hard work.

Work offered is very good. Salaries are much higher than average offered in the Indian market. One of the best places for super ambitious folks for whom work supersedes everything else in life.

Dislikes

Lack of a humane approach. Work life balance mentioned on forums and events, but not enforced at all. Ridiculous employee assessment citing 5-10% of the workforce needs to be axed even if all from a team are exceeding expectations. Employee surveys undertaken but no major employee friendly changes seen thereafter.

Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. No promotiona and no increament are new normal in Accenture these days.

Usual things that come with a big brand like office spaces and facilities and on time salary

Dislikes

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.
