Just like any other offshoring company with usual benefits.

...e), usually do not get terminated even if their unit does not perform well. . 3) There is a wide discrepancy in salary at the same band (X$-3X$). But they don't do any salary rationalization during annual hikes. 4) Some old guys are sitting there for long and doing nothing(no revenue growth in their vertical) but nobody can fire them as they are at the top and close to the CEO. 5) External Certificate re-imbursement policy has a bond system. Only if you sign the bond, external certification amt will be re-imbursed. 6) Retirement is 55 - when you need the job the most but cannot get another job in the market. But for higher management its 58 and 60. To my knowledge this is the only company having this stupid and discriminated policy.

Low Salary, No hikes, long working hours, calls for long hours after shift ends. Continuous calls from manager after work timings. No work life balance. No skill development as you are shifted from project to project when you start learning. No team bonding. Everyone tried to put blame on one another. No team lunches. No appreciation of work done. No comp off provided for working on weekends. Bad food on campus.
