The profile that's I'm currently working is a non-tech one. It gives you ample time to learn. At times the work load becomes too much but again if you take it as a learning then it will also teach you how relax and make time out of work.

Dislikes

The appraisals and the salary hikes are slightly sluggish. Moreover some BAU activities involves lot of bureaucracy which at times are really frustrating.

No standardisation in terms of payment. If you join Wipro from a low paying firm how hard you work your salary won’t get equalised to your colleagues even if you have already proved you are the best. Email appreciations you will get many but not in terms of perks.

Everything is good until and unless you have some package.

Not exactly but the thing is I was selected for the project in the interview and they were not deployed me in the project it takes more than a month to get into the project. I was very scared at that time because everytime I heard from some one if you will not get the project within 45days after joining then you have to face salary cut or may be on hold and after 3months if you will not get any project they will simply terminate you.

...reer drop, earned good skill and now placed in good Product Based Companies. 19. I feel this company is nearing poverty, unable to pay good salary and get hikes to its employees. 20. No proper management, KT, flow pf work after joining a new project. 21. They just expect you to be professional in your first month in project. 22. Clients are also unaware that we need to understand apps and techs to provide them service. 23. Very difficult to learn about their applications as all the guide docs are in foreign language. Also very outdated documents.

In hand salary, is less compare to you CTC. Ask more as per your skill and experience during the interview itself.
