Just like any other offshoring company with usual benefits.

Too many to describe. 1) Onsite salaries are lower than other big offshoring companies. 2) You will get terminated if in bench for 1.5-3 months but higher mangement(DH and above), usually do not get terminated even if their unit does not perform well. . 3) There is a wide discrepancy in salary at the same band (X$-3X$). But theydon't do any salary rationalization during annual hikes. 4) Some old guys are sitting there for long and doing nothing(no revenue growth in their vertical) but nobody can fire them as they are at the top and close to the CEO. 5) External Certificate re-imbursement policy has a bond system. Only if you sign the bond, external certification amt will be re-imbursed. 6) Retirement is 55 - when you need the job the most but cannot get another job in the market.
