Good work life balance depends upon the project you get placed here. I got an good European project so it was good enough. Work life balance are only to be preferred when you work in a product based company and Capgemini is a service based company, so as i said don't expect work life balance in service based companies.

Dislikes

Hikes, is something to only dream about in Capgemini. I served here for 3 years and not even a single rupee hike. So better get a good deal of package or else you can only dream about hike

Dislikes

Worst compensation. Designations does not matter. You get 6% hike even if you get promoted with very low salary. But the responsibilities you get for the promotion will be as if they compensated you well and good. Not sure HR has a heart in this company. If you try talking with them, they will divert you from the topic of salary discussion and will try to get away from that conversation.
