Training was okay, the cafeteria was good and few teammates were nice. That's all.

Dislikes

Immature teammates (typical teenage attitude). Horrible work load. Terrible work rules (rules were made to ensure that we don't earn incentives). Eg: If 1 customer gives positive reviews, we earn +1 point, but if 1 customer give negative review, we lose -10 points (so f@#king unfair). I worked for TWC process. The TWC company lies to its customers and when they are rightfully angry, we are expected talk them down. TWC should know that customers r not stupid. WE HAVE TO HANDLE 3 CHATS AT A TIME. THAT'S UNBEARABLE. Even though I have 40 wpm typing speed, my hands used to pain every day. TLs have unrealistic expectations. I understand that they have pressure from above. I worked for TWC process from 12th Oct 2015 to 30th June 2016 and it was HORRIBLE. One of the worse companies ever. The TWC company messes up and lies to their customers and expect us to clean up the mess. Disgusting.
