Round: HR Interview
Experience: The HR took me in a cabin, with my CV in her hand. She asked me these questions and a few others. I answered them and then she asked me to wait for the technical interview in the lobby.
Tips: Rehearse your answers well in advance. Look presentable and show confidence.

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: The Operations Manager conducted this interview. He asked the questions mentioned above and also asked my expectations from the company, financially and otherwise.
Tips: Prepare the technical part well and if you don't know, don't guess. Be honest.

Round: Test
Experience: Two assessments. Technical is all objective. Grammar assessment includes a few descriptive questions.
Tips: You can prepare in advance even though the questions are not very tough. Even the organisation is not very serious about these tests, so you can use your phone during the tests to find answers online.
Duration: 1 hour
Total Questions: 40

Round: Typing test
Experience: Typing test in which your typing speed must be 35 words per minute and you need to maintain accuracy of 90% or more. Test duration 2 minutes.
Tips: Practice before. Don't panic. Maintaining speed is easy, focus more on accuracy. They let you try a few times until you pass. So, not much to worry about.

Experience: Duration 2 minutes. Accuracy to be maintained 90% or more. Speed to be maintained 35 words per minute.
