I was working for Thomas Cook pvt ltd process and it has unlimited incentive structure that attracts me to work harder and earn more money.

Offered salary was very low as compared to market and other companies. Lots of politics for promotions.

Everything is good, behavior, support and most important thing is....on time salary.

No appraisal is too baad they just giving 2000 rs hike to those employees who achieved Exceed expectations and for meet expectations only 1000 rs... so basically there is no future.

It is a very employee centric company. The company pays less salary to the employee Need more priorities and comp.

Toxic work culture Worst managers and hr No WLB Employees are humiliated and criticised(especially female employees) 3 months notice period with salary on hold for 3 months and fnf post 45 days

Working here was a lot of fun because of the atmosphere in the company and the trainers , TL were very welcoming. Cafeteria is praiseworthy.

As working for foreign company the pay was not up to the mark. Transport sometimes gets delayed.
