First of all thank you very much for giving me an opportunity to choose India's largest employee choice award. It is a great honour for me. Wipro's working culture is excellent, very good employees, all the employees of wipro are very well discipline and manner. They always adhere to the Wipro's policies and procedures. I wish that I could get an opportunity once again to work on wipro.

Nepotism and oling culture.... people who really deserve the elevation the management only prefer those who oil well. MSI also very poor.... As per the market rise the salary hike is way to poor. I am working more than 5 yrs but no sing of support from management. Is this thing goes more the day will not to far when good loyal energetic people leave wipro.....thanks

Working in Wipro BPS was a great journey of self improvement. However, the benefits or appraisals are poor in Wipro BPS. Which need to be improved.

I want to thanks Wipro to select me as a fresher and to gave a chance to served their company almost 2 year. However personally my experience was not much good.

As I was joined in UHG CS from UMR was terrible experience. Personally my Supervisor was no more helpful and informative, I had a terrible experience in her team. She needs to update her way of talking. And I believe she needs to take care of her behaviour with the employee. Management, Manager and HR needs to listen from their employees as well respectively to justify the details not for show off/ show cause. I'm not talking about Wipro company that it's not good. But I am trying to mean their working culture and environment needs to pure not cleverness in nature. Salary is not good enough in Wipro as per the market price. The payment schedule is bad, and I'm speaking just for myself. It makes sense that associate roles in Kolkata-based organizations typically have low pay grades, but everyone hopes to advance. Here's where I felt let down by Wipro. No action was being taken by my manager or the HR inspite of the fact that the issue was raised numerous times by the eligible representatives. The number of thresholds and KPIs that had to be met just to get the minimum incentive was not acceptable. Toxic culture, toxic management, lowest salary, zero appreciation, zero benefits. employees are treated like animals and too much dirty politics. Mangers prefer their likeable candidates instead of checking the work, Some managers are promoting their own village people blindly without checking others work. So so bad company to work.

Literally everything. They will deduct your salary in the name of cost cutting. Your managers will as you to work overtime without pay. You have to keep buttering your Leadership team for promotion. I've seen people working for 12 years without zero promotion and they were more than worthy of the promotion.
