This organisation invests a lot in upskilling employees. You will have Job Security. No compromises on non-compliance & POSH

Dislikes

Lot of extra hours. Poor salaries. Peanuts in names of appraisals. Performance bonus is turned into retention bonus.

Wipro gives opportunity to everyone even when there is process ramp down. Not a hire and fire company. Helps to build career for freshers

Dislikes

Work Life balance not good in Sone processes. Compensation is very low compared to other companies

The job security,Wipro has vast clientele base so you can be rest assured that if your process ramps down you will be redeployed in another one,if not another location.

Dislikes

Working hours are long with the lowest payscale compared to other companies. Some of the MNC has already moved to 9 hrs working with better pay Wipro is still stuck at 9.5 hrs working with the same payscale which they decided at the time of their incorporation

Wipro is my first organisations and am very happy with organisations structure, career growth plans, work environment, innovation , training & learnings but there is work life Balance. Too much work pressure on everyone.

Dislikes

Only thing which i donot like about Wipro would be..the salary/compensation which they provide at every level be it for external candidates or internal employees after promotion/pms is very very low. Hence they are unble to retain talent.
