The job security,Wipro has vast clientele base so you can be rest assured that if your process ramps down you will be redeployed in another one,if not another location.

Dislikes

Working hours are long with the lowest payscale compared to other companies. Some of the MNC has already moved to 9 hrs working with better pay Wipro is still stuck at 9.5 hrs working with the same payscale which they decided at the time of their incorporation

Dislikes

Lot of extra hours. Poor salaries. Peanuts in names of appraisals. Performance bonus is turned into retention bonus.

Wipro is overall good the process which I am working is pathetic. Only politics , no appreciation for work but if you make a simple mistake than everybody will taunt you badly. You need to extra effort after your kpi and work for good rating. If you have listen taunts if you take leaves for vacation. According to management you only take leaves if you are sick or any emergency come into your life.

Absolutely nothing. Its a pathetic company to work with. Growth is too slow, salary is too less. Information about salary is kept hidden from the employees at the beginning. If the company decides to cut costs, they become very rude and office politics changes to next level to make sure you can't survive in the company.
